Love it here! Jill (apartment manager) is the best and my community is quiet and clean and my neighbors are all respectful of one another. The pool is amazing in the summer even if I just want to go read by the water. It’s great for dogs too! I would give more stars if I could.

Absolutely love the place, I’ve been living here for almost a year and have had a great experience so far. Great amenities, great location and great price. Jill, the manager is super friendly and super easy to get a hold off.

Great place to live. The manager Jill is extremely helpful. My family moved here from out of state and came into town late at night. Jill made sure we were well taken care of. She made all the arrangements and the paper work to get In was fast and easy. We've had a great experience in our first 5 months.

I was one of the very first tenants to move in after construction was completed, over 5 years ago. Spacious floor plans, nice amenities, and friendly management. My only complaint is the media package; limited to DirecTV and Internet as provided. Increased Internet bandwidth is far from competitive pricing and not 'advanced user/gamer' friendly. Even with the drawbacks to the media package, overall, I would rate 2550 SMA as one of the best complexes I have lived in.

These Apts are the best out there. Small, but not too small. It has a homey, intimate feel without having to compromise on any amenities (pool, gym, dog park, etc.). Jill in the front office is the sweetest and most helpful property manager you will ever meet. We have lived here going on 3 years and it is the ideal place to rent, in our opinion. Our apartment is new, quiet, spacious, and the price is reasonable for the location and quality of living. 5million stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Living here has been great! The grounds are always kept clean, great amenities, and it’s awesome that they are pet friendly. 2550 South Main Apartments has really provided the luxury appt experience for an affordable price. Jill over in management deserves more than 5 stars. Resident happiness is number 1 priority here
